• The warranty of the products will be applicable from the activation date or Invoice date whichever is earlier.
  • To avail warranty service support for products, customers are advised to carry original box pack while visiting the service center along with valid purchase proof of Invoice.
  • Product has exceeded the standard warranty duration Will be count as Out of warranty.
  • Product is liquid damaged or any moisture/corrosion is there Will be count as Out of warranty.
  • If any damage occurs in/on outer surface of product, including but not limited to crack, scratches on external surface Will be count as Out of warranty.
  • Any unauthorized repair, disassembling tried on device Will be count as Out of warranty.
  • Warranty sticker is missing/misplaced or changed Will be count as Out of warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover if device get rooted by user and it cannot get restored by software update, ASC to ensure to take customer approval before doing software.
  • Warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care and damaged cause by act of God such as floods, fire or earthquakes.
  • Warranty is applicable only for products purchased in Bangladesh. International warranty is not applicable.
  • If there is any conflict between this service policy and national laws and regulations, all national laws and regulations shall prevail.
